**** Important Information ****
In an effort to curb internet and credit card fraud and protect our customers and our business, in order to complete your purchase you must send in a Copy of your drivers license, or state issued ID before we will ship your order. Your shipping address must match the ID address, if you are having sent to a place of business then a business ID must be sent along with State ID or Drivers License. 

There are 3 different options to send us your info:

2) You Can Fax a copy to 608-240-9252
- or - 
3) You can take a picture of your ID with a cell phone and text it to our company cell phone at 608-239-4582

PLEASE NOTE:  if you pay using PayPal and you have a confirmed shipping address with them, 
you DO NOT NEED TO SEND YOUR ID.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS'S AFTER ORDER SHIP'S COST $$$$

Make sure your Shipping address is correct, in most cases we have the freight on the semi trucks the next day and once the freight is in route to you, the freight company charges $75 or more to change and re-route the semi truck's delivery address. If this happens and you want to change the address, all freight company fee's will be billed to you and they will become your liability.
SHIPPING DAMAGE CAN HAPPEN

Inspect and report any damages on your machine at the time of delivery with the freight company. If you sign the slip stating everything is ok at the time of delivery and it is not, the freight company will not make filing a damage claim easy.

INSPECT THE FREIGHT AND DOCUMENT ANY DAMAGE!! 
BEFORE THE DRIVER LEAVES - HE CAN WAIT FOR YOU

All Parts orders come directly from our manufacturer's California distribution warehouse and in most cases orders are sent via FedEx, UPS or USPS.  Tracking is available after 2-3 business days by emailing that parts website and contacting the parts department directly
